Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If client is not satisfied with service within 2 weeks from the appointment time, I will offer the client a complimentary adjustment service. If it’s after 2 weeks of that service I will not be able to offer the complimentary service.
